This level of membership is open to sauce manufacturers or co-packers who produce sauces on behalf of other companies. To qualify for manufacturer and/or co-packer membership, members would need to meet the following criteria:

Produce sauces that meet a higher quality standard than required for standard membership, as defined by the Sauce Society.
Adhere to the code of conduct set by the Sauce Society.
Be able to demonstrate expertise in sauce production and/or co-packing.

The price for membership is £199.00 per Year.
